The Tennessee basketball team is turning their mindset to the 2019-20 season. Here are five bold predictions for next season.

After a season filled with ups and downs, the Tennessee basketball is moving forward. Moving forward with head coach Rick Barnes receiving a healthy pay raise. Moving forward with the potential of losing Grant Williams and Jone Bone along with Admiral Schofield and Kyle Alexander. Finally, moving forward with three new players which you can find here.

Before the season began, we gave you all five bold predictions, and we hit on a few of them. Winning a regular season or tournament championship was one and as you know they Vols were close. They weren’t able to sweep Kentucky as we predicted, but they were able to win two out of three.

One prediction we did get right is we said the basketball team would lose fewer games than the football team did. Hard to believe that came true, but it did. We also mentioned Tennessee would have five players average in double figures which they did.

We begin the slideshow with John Fulkerson and our prediction that he will average close to a double-double. Fulkerson should have the opportunity to play significant minutes next season; we believe he will post good numbers.
