Tennessee football enters the 2019 NFL Draft with low expectations again. Here’s a look at when we think Volunteers, if any, will be selected.

The 2019 NFL Draft is here, and Tennessee football once again enters it with low expectations. Very few Vols, if any, figure to be selected, and it’s likely that nobody goes within the first two days of the event.

That’s a testament to how badly Butch Jones left the program on fire after selling a sugar high through his first four years. However, there is still some hidden talent in this group, which we’ll also be covering.

This post is not about the hidden talent or the potential of the former Vols. Here, we’re looking at Tennessee football’s prospects of putting players in the NFL Draft. Whether or not teams will be right with their picks remains to be seen.

But what’s clear is that the Vols, while maybe not being loaded with draft prospects this year, do have a solid bit of talent on this team. As a result, it’s worth us taking a look at some of those guys and the impact they can have.

So on the first day of the draft, it’s time to predict where people will land. Our projections will include who gets drafted, who gets signed, who gets invited to a camp and who never gets a call. We will break down where they are drafted, if at all, and who signs them. And we’ll also predict which teams sign undrafted Vol free agents and invites some to camp.

Remember, this isn’t a prediction of their potential. This doesn’t even focus on their best landing spots. This just predicts which team will jump first at each former Tennessee football player and when it will happen, whether it be in the NFL Draft or through free egancy. Let’s take a look at each one now.
