The 2019 NFL Draft is over, and it wasn’t a good one for Tennessee football. It’s time to take a look at the Volunteers’ draft classes from this decade. Was Eric Berry enough to get the 2010 class to No.1?

The Tennessee football team was held out of yet another NFL Draft. It marks only the third time in over 50 years where zero Volunteers were drafted.

However, it’s not all bad news, looking at the past decade, the Vols have had some really impressive draft classes. Historically, the football program has been one of the best in the land. In fact, according to research from the  USAtoday.com, Tennessee comes in second as the teams that produce the fewest bust.

In this post, we rank the best draft classes from this decade. There have been three seasons where the Vols failed to have anyone drafted in which case they all tied for the worst and that’s where we begin.

The 2015, 2016, and 2019 NFL Drafts saw zero Volunteers drafted which is a bit surprising, to be honest. Even rival fans would have guessed at least one player would have got a call. However, they didn’t and now the program looks to the 2020 draft to redeem itself.
