None of these players heard their name called in the 2019 NFL Draft. However, they all have the chance to chase their dreams as undrafted free agents.

Yet another NFL Draft has come and gone with no Tennessee football players hearing their name called. We mentioned it in a post last week, but the 2019 draft marked the third time in the past five seasons where no Volunteers were taken.

The Vols failed to have players drafted in the 2015 and the 2016 drafts. Before that, you have to travel all the back to 1963 that saw an NFL Draft without any Volunteers.

To break it down, from 1964-2014 there was at least one Tennessee football player drafted into the league.

That’s remarkable.

However, there is good news for the 2019 guys who weren’t drafted. In 2018, Trevor Daniel went undrafted, and he started for the Houston Texans. Now, the punter position is a bit different, but he still performed at a high level.

In this post, we will rank the four guys that signed undrafted free agent deals on best landing spots. We begin with a player that is staying in-state thanks to the Tennessee Titans reaching out and inking a deal.
