In a unique turn of events, the SEC is the quarterback-heavy conference in 2019. In fact, the defense-heavy conference is loaded with offensive talent in general. As they get set to navigate through the East in hopes of turning things around, Tennessee football will have to meet some of that talent.
Running into elite SEC stars is nothing new for the Vols. They have to do it every year, and drawing the Alabama Crimson Tide as their regular West opponent only makes things more difficult. In fact, this year may be a bit easier given their schedule setup.
