There are too many weapons on the Georgia Bulldogs for Tennessee football to keep track of. Here are five UGA Dawgs the UT Volunteers need to watch for.

The odds of Tennessee football upsetting the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday are pretty slim. Lots of things need to go right for the Vols. After all, a team that is 1-3 with two losses to Group of Five teams at home and no wins even against an FBS opponent yet has little chance of beating a top five opponent.

But that’s what Jeremy Pruitt’s team has to deal with on Saturday. Both programs are coming off a bye week, but UGA’s last outing was a crucial top 10 win over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, while UT’s last outing was a blowout 34-3 loss to its only Power Five opponent on the year, the Florida Gators.

So what does Saturday hold taking that into account? Well, we know that Tennessee football will have to have lots of key players step up at home in a night game in front of a nationally televised audience in order to win.

At the same time, though, they are going to have to contain lots of players on the other side. Kirby Smart has a complete team in Athens, and it’s to the point that Pruitt won’t be able to just pinpoint certain people to stop. He’s got to worry about the whole team.

As we get set to look at the players the Vols will need to focus on Saturday, this almost has nothing to do with personnel matchups. Georgia is just too loaded all over the field on both sides of the ball.

We will simply have to look at the top players and the most dangerous people Pruitt and his staff need to prepare for. It could be a really rough ride for Rocky Top on Saturday. Even if their players all show up, they have this to worry about.

Which players are we talking about? Who poses the biggest threat among a large group of people who pose a threat? Let’s break that down here. These are five Georgia Bulldogs to watch for when they visit Tennessee football Saturday.
