These are the key UGA Dawgs against the Tennessee football Volunteers.

This may be one of the most loaded Georgia Bulldogs team of all time. Members of the greatest recruiting class in history back in 2018 are now veterans. As a result, Tennessee football will have its hands full when traveling to Athens, Ga. on Saturday.

However, what makes this more intriguing is that despite the number of elite athletes across Kirby Smart’s roster, only one player was a preseason All-American. That’s because Smart runs a deep rotation of players at almost every position. Depth is his focus.

As Jeremy Pruitt continues to rebuild Tennessee football, his goal is to have the Vols in the same situation, and he runs a lot of guys as well. In this game, though, early enough in the season, he could rely a bit more heavily on his key guys given who he is going up against.

But who exactly is he going up against? With a UGA team that spreads around its success, we’re going to take a look at the key Bulldogs to watch for against the Vols. We’re basing this on preseason expectations and a bit of what we have seen the team do through the first two games.

Another factor, though, will be what the Vols have done through two games and which players could pose major matchup issues to them. Pruitt will have to deal with the raw talent of the players but also making sure where he can find an advantage throughout the day.

Simply put, UGA is absolutely loaded, and it’s going to be hard for the Vols to account for all the players who make that so. If they are going to pull off this dramatic upset, though, they will have to. Let’s take a look at who those players are. These are the five Georgia Bulldogs to pay attention to when Tennessee football faces them on Saturday.
