9. Which Tennessee team shows up in terms of penalties?

One of the underrated aspects of Georgia’s game is that they are among the least penalized teams in the nation. They’re No. 18 nationally in fewest penalty yards per game at 41.44 and second in the SEC to the LSU Tigers.

However, Kentucky is also one of the top 25 fewest penalized teams in the league, and last week, Tennessee football forced them to commit seven penalties for 58 yards while the Vols only had six for 40. Them winning the penalty race was a shocker, but the Vols have been wildly inconsistent all year when it comes to this.

By nature of their tempo, they force lots of teams to commit penalties. However, what they do is different from week to week. They have three double-digit penalty games this year but average fewer than seven for under 60 yards a game.

All of this leads to the question of what will happen here. Can Georgia be the next efficient team the Vols force to self-destruct with their tempo. Will the Vols be the team last week and not the one against the Alabama Crimson Tide, Florida Gators and Pittsburgh Panthers in terms of penalties? Both things have to come true for this to be a game.
