Jaden Springer’s roster teammate tops this list. Tobias Harris is the one former Vol in the NBA Playoffs starting on a team that is expected to at least play multiple series. Philly, at 51-31, is a No. 4 seed and will face the No. 5 seed Toronto Raptors to begin the postseason.

Harris will be playing in his fifth playoffs and fourth straight dating back to when he joined the Sixers in 2018-2019. Although this hasn’t been his best year ever, it’s certainly one of his better ones. Most notably, he played more games this year, 73, than any other time in his career, and playing alongside Joel Embiid in the post has helped him a lot.

For the season, Harris is averaging over 17 points a game and just under seven rebounds along with three and a half assists. He has started every game he played, and that’ll continue into the postseason. This is one of the most talented players to ever wear a UT uniform, and he was selected in the first round of the 2011 draft after one season on Rocky Top.

Although that season, Bruce Pearl’s last year, was forgettable, Harris remains the best former Vol in the NBA and has been for the past few years. He’s probably the best former Vol since Allan Houston, and he’s certainly the best former Vol in this year’s NBA Playoffs.
