Emmanuel Moseley was a steal as an undrafted free agent for the San Francisco 49ers. Theo Jackson was a freshman during Moseley’s senior year with Tennessee football. This would also be a great place for Alontae Taylor, another Vol defensive back in this year’s draft, to land.

It would be the best place for Theo Jackson. Cornerback is the biggest need for this team. Safety is one of the five biggest needs. Although the combination is not as dire as New York’s, the number of opportunities won’t dwindle as much as the competition, and the competence of a franchise like San Francisco is much greater than that of the Jets.

As a result, San Francisco gets the nod as the best place for Jackson to land. They won’t look for him to fill their void at cornerback. However, their lesser need at safety means they could look for him to provide depth there. Also, a need at both at least gives him a chance to provide depth across the board depending on who else they take.
