There are clearly plenty of options on this list for Tennessee football to still add for 2023. Most of these players are already looking elsewhere, though. The Vols made a recent cut for Vysen Lang, but the Arkansas Razorbacks are the overwhelming favorites to land him. T.J. Shanahan has the most hype, but the Texas A&M Aggies seem like a lock for him.

Although Josh Heupel has a connection to Missouri, the Mizzou Tigers are the favorite to land Logan Reichert. Spencer Fano and Iapani Laloulu are clearly looking more out west. Evan Link appears like a lock to go to the Penn State Nittany Lions.

That’s why Stanton Ramil tops this list. He is clearly elite given his multiple four-star ratings, and while his commitment is up in the air, the Vols are strong contenders. Beyond that, Rocky Top is more in play for three-stars or lower tier prospects, but Tommy Kinsler is looking more toward Florida. As a result, Ramil is the guy to watch the most here.
