6'3 235 lbs. 839. Tight end. Miles Campbell. 3. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis

Another highly touted Tennessee football commit in 2021, Miles Campbell could work his way into the rotation despite the depth at tight end.

Yes, two tight ends are on this list. Mile Campbell and Charlie Browder appear to be the future duo for Tennessee football to replace Princeton Fant and Jacob Warren. Given their sizes, Browder is poised to fill the void that will be left by Warren as the goal-line tight end. Campbell, meanwhile, will be the tight end between the 20s, replacing Fant.

Between the two, Campbell is probably more ready to make an impact. He spent last year in the system, and as mentioned, he was a highly touted recruit. Although he took a redshirt, he was actually able to display a good bit of his athletic ability in some unique ways for the Vols last year.

Campbell returned two kickoffs, including one for 18 yards against the South Carolina Gamecocks. He also returned one in the Music City Bowl against the Purdue Boilermakers. Other games he saw action in were against the Vanderbilt Commodores and Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.

Given the fact that he saw action in some significant games, it’s safe to say Alex Golesh sees real value in Campbell going forward. Even though Fant is still the main starter here, you could see Campbell’s role start to increase a lot more over where it was last year.
