11. Samuel L. Jackson

If you’re going to do celebrities with Tennessee ties, nobody would be more fun than Samuel L. Jackson. This guy would hype up the College GameDay audience like nobody has ever done in history, and despite his age, he is a universally beloved actor. Who wouldn’t want to watch Jackson picking a Tennessee football game?

Although he was born in Washington, D.C., Jackson grew up in Chattanooga. His Twitter account suggests he has been a Vol fan for sometime. We won’t reveal those tweets because they usually have profanity in them, in a hilarious Samuel L. Jackson way, but they can’t be ignored here.

Of course, Lee Corso has shown a couple times that profanity can be forgiven on GameDay, which is all the more reason to bring Jackson on board. He would be able to reserve himself anyway. The fun would be watching his mannerisms and his interactions with the crowd.

Despite the Vols playing Florida that day, nothing the fan base does could generate more hype than Jackson. He’d be on the set getting everybody riled up, and it would make the GameDay experience one everybody would want to see. As a result, he’s easily a great choice to bring on board for this matchup.
