2. Montrell Johnson Jr. scores a touchdown (+135 on FanDuel)

No bet is better in terms of scoring than Montrell Johnson Jr. for Florida. He and fellow Gators running back Travis Etienne, at +180, are solid bets, but Johnson is starting to separate himself from the pack. As a result, it’s a good bet Billy Napier relies a lot more heavily on the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns transfer in this game.

Tennessee football gave up a big run for a touchdown in its one game against a Power Five foe already, and that was against Pitt, a team that shouldn’t be good at running the ball. Johnson, who is averaging over nine and a half yards a carry, is more than capable of breaking off such a run.

A huge part of this is Anthony Richardson. Since that win over the Utah Utes, Napier hasn’t used Richardson to run as much. Some reports have suggested he is banged up, and Florida doesn’t have a backup quarterback, forcing Napier to protect him a lot more.

With that in mind, Napier will likely rely on the running backs to deliver for the offense, and that means a huge dose of Johnson running behind fellow Louisiana transfer O’Cyrus Torrence, who may be the best interior lineman in the nation. As a result, Johnson will score and +135 is great odds to bet on as well.
