Again, it was hard to figure out LSU’s weapons. However, with Armoni Goodwin out, Noah Cain is definitely the best candidate. Sure, he didn’t score one last week, and Tennessee football has a good rush defense, but Cain, given these odds, is the best individual touchdown bet out there for this matchup on Saturday.

Already this year, Cain has 33 carries for 189 yards and four touchdowns, second on the team to Goodwin. With Jayden Daniels dealing with a banged up knee, Brian Kelly will likely try to find other guys who can punch the ball in on the ground, and Cain has certainly proven that already.

Also, Daniels is at -120, and Josh Williams is at -110. Cain seems more likely to score than both of them given what he’s done to this point and the increased load he’s about to shoulder. Williams, John Emery Jr. and Cain are all likely to see action, and of that group, Cain probably has the best chance of reaching the end zone.

Now, at +165, Emery is a good bet too, but he only has one score on the year, so Cain is a better bet. Of course, if Daniels chucks it all over the field on the Vols like Anthony Richardson did, then there may not be any rushing touchdowns, but it’s hard to see there being no chance for a runner to reach the end zone.
