Former Vols who played significantly

Cameron Sutton – DB – Pittsburgh Steelers

In the Pittsburgh Steelers 38-3 loss to the Buffalo Bills, Cameron Sutton allowed a Stefon Diggs touchdown. However, he did have a tackle for a loss and four tackles overall.

Darrell Taylor – DE – Seattle Seahawks

Although he didn’t have a sack, Darrell Taylor had two tackles as the Seahawks lost to the Saints.

Josh Palmer – WR – Los Angeles Chargers

Appearing on 73 percent of offensive snaps, Josh Palmer had three catches for 24 yards as the Los Angeles Chargers beat the Cleveland Browns 30-28.

Marquez Callaway – WR – New Orleans Saints

Similar to Palmer, Marquez Callaway played on over 70 percent of the offensive snaps Sunday. He had just two catches for five yards as the Saints beat the Seahawks 39-32.

Shy Tuttle – DL – New Orleans Saints 

Another former Tennessee football player in this Saint-Seahawks game, Shy Tuttle had one tackle and played just over 50 percent of defensive snaps.

Velus Jones Jr. – WR – Chicago Bears

He only saw action on five plays as the Chicago Bears lost to the Minnesota Vikings 29-22. However, Velus Jones Jr. had two returns, and while he had just one catch for nine yards, that catch was for the first touchdown of his career.

Jauan Jennings – WR – San Francisco 49ers

Similar to Velus Jones Jr., Jauan Jennings saw limited action but still had an impact. He had two catches for 45 yards, including this epic 32-yard grab to set up the Niners’ first second-half touchdown in their 37-15 win over the Panthers.

Jonathan Kongbo – DE – Indianapolis Colts

Despite no stats acquired, Jonathan Kongbo played in 25 defensive snaps and 21 special teams snaps in his NFL debut, four years after his last game with Tennessee football, as the Indianapolis Colts beat the Denver Brooncos 12-9.

Jakob Johnson – FB – Las Vegas Raiders

With one catch for five yards, Jakob Johnson appeared on 39 percent of offensive snaps in the Las Vegas Raiders’ 30-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Kendal Vickers – DL – Las Vegas Raiders

Similar to Jakob Johnson, Kendal Vickers played sparingly as the Raiders lost 30-29 to the Chiefs. He had one tackle.

Jalen Reeves-Maybin – LB – Houston Texans

Once again, Jalen Reeves-Maybin saw most of his action on special teams. He still had three tackles, one of which was solo in the Houston Texans’ 13-6 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Morgan Cox – LS – Tennessee Titans

With 11 snaps, Morgan Cox was in on eight punts and three extra points as the Tennessee Titans beat the Washington Commanders 21-17.
