The Oklahoma State Cowboys emerged with their easy win at the Baylor Bears, and they came back home last week to coast to a solid victory over the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Ranked No. 8 in the AP Poll and No. 7 in the Coaches Poll, Mike Gundy’s team is in the national picture. That will magnify with a win in this game.

On the other side, the TCU Horned Frogs just ended the Kansas Jayhawks red-hot start, beating them on the road, and that followed them beating the brakes off the Oklahoma Sooners. At No. 13 in the AP Poll and No. 15 in the Coaches Poll, this is the game to put them in the national picture.

Prediction

Tennessee football’s current head coach and a coach they targeted in Gundy are both undefeated right now. That ends for at least one of them this weekend. TCU isn’t Baylor, and Oklahoma State not beating Texas Tech by more is cause for concern. Take Sonny Dykes’ team to win in a shootout with these two teams. They’ll cover with a late score, but this will be the most fun game to watch.
