Former Vols who played significantly

Cameron Sutton – DB – Pittsburgh Steelers

Returning from injury, Cam Sutton had a pass deflection and a tackle for the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, they lost 16-10 to the Miami Dolphins.

Alontae Taylor – DB – New Orleans Saints

Another cornerback returning from injury, the second-round 2022 NFL Draft pick from Tennessee football saw his first action since Week 2. Alontae Taylor had three tackles and played all 66 snaps on defense as the Saints lost 42-34 to the Cardinals.

Shy Tuttle – DT – New Orleans Saints

Joining Taylor on the Saints’ defense, Shy Tuttle played up on the line for most of the game. He finished with one solo tackle in the Saints’ 42-34 loss to the Cardinals.

Marquez Callaway – WR – New Orleans Saints

On offense for the Saints, Marquez Callaway was in on most offensive plays as they lost to Arizona. He finished with two catches for 20 yards.

Jauan Jennings – WR – San Francisco 49ers

Callaway’s counterpart in college, Jauan Jennings, had two catches for 24 yards as the 49ers lost to the Chiefs. Perhaps they should start using him more.

Kendal Vickers – DT – Las Vegas Raiders

Although Matthew Butler was out, Kendal Vickers played 25 defensive snaps and five special teams snaps. He assisted in a tackle as the Raiders beat the Texans 38-20.
