"“Tennessee has jumped to No. 9 in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings after landing a commitment from 4-star WR JJ Harrell.”"

Four-Star WR to On3’s Hayes Fawcett said:

"“Tennessee is getting a dawg. Knoxville is in good hands…”"

Harrell is a 6-foot-2 inch 185-pound athletic weapon of a wide receiver who will be an instant impact on the Volunteer offense once he gets to campus. He chose Tennessee over Alabama, Ole Miss, Florida, and others. It’s starting to become abundantly clear that when it comes to SEC football, Knoxville, Tennessee is the place to be.

Furthermore, Harrell also had this to say about his commitment to Tennessee Football when talking about his decision to GoVols247 on Twitter:
