Tennessee Football: McKenzie Milton Joins Vols as Offensive Analyst
By Blake Wyman
Former UCF quarterback and Heisman Trophy finalist McKenzie Milton is set to take on a new challenge as an offensive analyst for Tennessee Football, reuniting with his former coach Josh Heupel.
McKenzie Milton is a former quarterback who played college football for both UCF and Florida State. He was a highly decorated player, finishing sixth in the Heisman Trophy voting in 2018. Milton was also named the American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2018. Despite suffering a devastating leg injury in 2018 that many thought would end his career, he returned to the field in 2020. Milton is known for his leadership and toughness, and his experience as a college quarterback will be an asset in his new role as an offensive analyst.
What to expect from McKenzie Milton and the Vols
McKenzie Milton’s experience as a quarterback and his familiarity with Coach Heupel’s offensive schemes will make him a valuable asset to Tennessee Football. As an offensive analyst, he will be responsible for analyzing game films, scouting opponents, and providing input on game planning and strategy. Milton’s leadership and experience will also be valuable to the team’s veteran and also young quarterbacks, who will undoubtedly benefit from his guidance and mentorship.
With McKenzie Milton’s addition to the team, Tennessee Football is destined for a successful season. His experience, leadership, and toughness make him a valuable asset, and his guidance and mentorship will be invaluable to the team’s up-and-coming players. With Milton’s knowledge of Coach Heupel’s offensive schemes, I think that this will be a perfect match and play an important role in the team’s game planning and strategy.
