It's getting hard to keep track of all the elite prospects Josh Heupel is making an impact on with spring ball here for the Tennessee Vols. These days, people are paying close attention to 5-star playmakers Faizon Brandon and Tristen Keys, with Brandon on board as a verbal pledge.

Well, go ahead and add another guy to the list. This week, 5-star offensive lineman Darius Gray was in Knoxville for an unofficial visit and it looks like things couldn't have gone much better for him on campus. Gray took to social media to thank Heupel and Co. for a great time. Oh, and he made it clear it won't be his last time meeting with the Vols in person.

Obviously, we don't have to tell you that potentially adding Gray to the 2026 commits list would be a huge win for Heupel. The 6-3, 295-pounder is ranked five stars, the No. 3 interior offensive lineman and the No. 30 prospect nationally per the 247Sports Composite.

There's stiff competition to land him, though, as other teams making a move on him include Clemson, Penn State, LSU, South Carolina and others. Heupel and his coaches just made a huge splash with the offensive line last cycle, signing David Sanders Jr., the No. 1 OT in the nation for 2025.

Sanders is already turning heads during spring ball, which has been incredible to see. You can never add enough beef up front, which is why Heupel is looking to make even more noise with linemen for '26.

Gray has stud written all over him at the next level, which is why he has more than 40 offers to his name. He'll be back at Tennessee on June 6 for his official visit and that trip could prove to be huge for when it comes time to make a final decision.
