Tennessee football has a strong quarterback and a solid running back room, but they have been missing a true playmaker at receiver since Jalin Hyatt graduated from Tennessee and was drafted by the New York Giants.
That could all change as this Saturday could be remembered as Chris Brazzell's coming-out party. Through three quarters, Brazzell has 162 receiving yards and three touchdowns as he continues to torch the Georgia secondary.
When the Vols had a chance to get out to a lead in the first quarter, Brazzell answered for a touchdown. Twice.

When Tennessee needed to respond after some lackluster drives, Brazzell answered at the end of the third quarter for another touchdown.

Brazzell has been one of Joey Aguilar's top targets, with five catches, and a big reason that Aguilar looked unstoppable in the first quarter.
Aguilar now has 304 passing yards and three touchdowns through three quarters, winning the quarterback battle against Georgia's Gunner Stockton.
Brazzell's playmaking ability has been huge for the Vols' offense so far today. Pro Football Focus even acknowledged his performance through three quarters by sharing a screenshot of Jalin Hyatt from the 2022 Alabama game, where Hyatt had 6 receptions for 207 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Brazzell's big game is something Tennessee football needed, and something Tennessee fans have been waiting on since he arrived on campus prior to last season.
He has caught three straight touchdowns for the Vols and almost single-handedly carried Tennessee in the passing game, with some great assists from Joey Aguilar.
