Tennessee baseball secured its spot in the Super Regional round with an 11-5 win over Wake Forest. This is the Vols' fifth-straight season advancing to the Super Regionals and seventh time in program history.

The Vols are set up to face familiar SEC foe, Arkansas, in Fayetteville for a spot in the men's College World Series.

The NCAA has announced the schedule for the Super Regionals throughout the country. Tennessee has a pretty favorable schedule after the Knoxville Regional was pushed to Monday after the Vols lost to Wake Forest on Sunday night.

Super Regional play begins on Friday, but Tennessee's first game will be on Saturday. The Vols' and Razorbacks' three-game series will take place from Saturday to Monday, giving the Vols a much-needed extra day of rest before a pivotal Super Regional matchup.

Game One is set for a primetime matchup on Saturday night, with the first pitch scheduled for 5:00 PM ET on ESPN. Game Two will take place on Sunday at 3:00 PM ET on ESPN, and it could determine who advances to Omaha.

If Game Three is forced after the first two games, it will take place on Monday. The NCAA has not announced a start time for that game, but based on the times for the first two games, it could be a Monday night matchup, likely on ESPN.

Tennessee still has the opportunity to defend its national championship, which it won last year by returning to Omaha, but it will have to go through the Razorbacks to do so. The Vols went 1-2 in their SEC series earlier this season, so they will be looking for revenge in Fayetteville this weekend.
