No. 9: Tennessee Vols: The Vols would be higher on the list if not for the uncertainty at quarterback. Hey, Aguilar could go on to stun us all and be a superstar next season, but for now, we're predicting the Vols to go 8-4 on the year and not compete at the same level they did last season. We hope we're wrong, but this is where things currently sit for Heupel and Co.

No. 8: South Carolina Gamecocks: The LaNorris Sellers hype is real, as this kid is no question one of the top quarterbacks in the conference. Matter of fact, he's one of the top QBs in the country. Shane Beamer is depending on him to be a force on offense, while EDGE Dylan Stewart will be a beast rushing QBs too.

No. 7: Florida Gators: DJ Lagway, DJ Lagway and DJ Lagway. That's what Florida fans are talking about leading up to Week 1, as they're ready to see what this kid can do leading the offense. Lagway was impressive at times in '24, but he needs to put things together in '25. He's still recovering from an injury, but he should be at 100 percent for Week 1.

No. 6: Ole Miss Rebels: Lane Kiffin is going to miss Jaxson Dart, as the former Ole Miss QB was taken in the first round by the New York Giants. It's now going to be time for Austin Simmons to take over, which is something people are excited about. There will be some growing pains for Simmons, but the Rebels are going to be pretty stacked this year.

No. 5: Oklahoma Sooners: A lot of people are QUITE high on the Sooners and rightfully so. Oklahoma has put together a sensational transfer portal class, of course highlighted by QB John Mateer and running back Jaydn Ott. It could be a year to remember in Norman.
