10 best NFL careers in Tennessee football history
Jason Witten's 17-year NFL career is tied for the longest on this list, and he has the most games played among players on this list with 271 career games played. He earned 11 Pro Bowl selections, was a two-time All-Pro, and was the 2012 Walter Payton Man of the Year.
He finished his career with 1,228 receptions, 13,046 receiving yards, and 74 touchdowns. While his touchdown numbers don't necessarily stand out, he was an exceptional tight end throughout two decades, which is rare in the NFL.
Witten finished his Hall of Fame career in 2020 after one season with the Las Vegas Raiders after 16 years with the Dallas Cowboys. While he's not in Canton yet, it's only a matter of time before he becomes the fourth player from Tennessee inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame.
