Sham Umarov was a highly coveted offensive line prospect in the class of 2023, for whom Tennessee beat out the likes of Georgia and LSU. He played in 4 games for the Vols in 2023, so he maintained his redshirt while getting valuable experience.
While he is a more natural offensive tackle, he may just find himself sliding into the open left guard role, as he has a talent that's hard to leave on the sidelines.
