Tennessee was heavily involved in Kaleb Glenn's recruiting process when he was a prospect out of high school. After the Vols made the offer on July 19, 2021, it was all Tennessee and Louisville. Glenn ultimately decided to go to Louisville but is in the portal after one season with the Cardinals.

Glenn played in 32 games this season for the Cardinals, averaging 3.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, 0.2 blocks, and 0.4 steals while shooting 48.6% from the field. Glenn finished the season on a high note, averaging 8.0 points and 4.8 rebounds per game.

The 6-foot-6, 205-pound forward is in the portal after head coach Kenny Payne was fired after another disappointing season, going 8-24 on the year. Texas A&M and Indiana were also among the top contenders for Glenn coming out of high school.

Everyone expected Glenn to commit and sign with Louisville, but the hometown player didn't expect to enter the transfer portal after only one season. The Vols are in a great spot to get him on Rocky Top if they're looking to add him to their roster for the next couple of seasons.
