Every Tennessee football top 10 NFL draft pick

Steve DeLong was drafted in both the NFL and AFL Draft. The Chicago Bears drafted him in the NFL Draft with the 6th overall pick, and the San Diego Chargers drafted him in the AFL Draft at No. 6 overall. 

DeLong chose to play for the Chargers in the AFL, where he spent seven of his eight professional football seasons. In the final season of his career, he moved to Chicago and played for the Bears. 

He had a breakout year in 1969, recording 15.5 sacks, the most in his career. He didn't get more than 6.0 total sacks in any other year. He made his one and only Pro Bowl appearance that year and was named to the All-AFL Team.
