College Gameday's Lee Corso believes Tennessee football redshirt freshman quarterback Nico Iamaleava could win the Heisman Trophy more than once at Tennessee after his breakout performance in Week One against Chattanooga.

In case you missed it, Nico set a program record for most passing yards in a single half against Chatt. The redshirt freshman completed 22 of 28 pass attempts for 314 yards and three touchdowns in his debut game inside Neyland Stadium.

Nico will undoubtedly be tested on Saturday against a solid NC State defense, as opposed to last week's Chattanooga team, but he expects more success as he gains more experience.

The high expectations follow him wherever he goes, from the locker room to talk shows. Nico has received a lot of hype and Heisman mentions this season, but longtime College Gameday host Lee Corso went a step further, saying Nico could win multiple Heisman Trophies at Tennessee.

That's high praise from Corso, who has seen many great quarterbacks and knows what great quarterbacks look like at the college level. Nico also received praise from Nick Saban and the rest of the College Gameday panel ahead of Week Two.

Corso and others throughout the country expect Nico to continue to dominate, put on an elite showing against the Wolfpack, and rise to become one of the best quarterbacks in the SEC. Josh Pate, the host of Josh Pate's College Football Show, has already said Nico could be one of the conference's best quarterbacks by the end of the season.

We will see how Nico and the Vols fare against a solid NC State squad on Saturday night when they kick off at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, at 7:30 PM ET.
