Tennessee baseball has garnered quite the fanbase since Tony Vitello arrived in Knoxville. From diehard fans throughout Rocky Top to athletes, stars, and celebrities across the country, the BaseVols are one of the most popular and hated teams in the country.

The Vols. have not earned a positive reputation among college sports fans for their attitude and how they carry themselves on the field in each game. Vitello's Vols are confident, bring swagger to the dugout and field, and don't take slack from their opponents.

That same attitude and demeanor have also earned support from big names nationwide. Peyton Manning and Morgan Wallen have appeared in Omaha during Tennessee's 2024 College World Series run.

Manning and Wallen are consistent supporters of Tennessee athletics. This isn't the first time we've seen either in Omaha or other postseason venues supporting the Vols. Wallen made his Omaha debut on Sunday, watching Tennessee tie the CWS Finals one game each.

Eric Church was also in the building wearing Tennessee orange and white. The Granite Falls, North Carolina native is a North Carolina fan, so it's surprising to see him wear the team's colors that eliminated the Tar Heels.

VFLs Hendon Hooker and John Fulkerson have also been spotted in Omaha ahead of Tennessee's winner-take-all Game 3. Hooker was with former Tennessee teammates Grant Frerking, Cedric Tillman, and Velus Jones at Rocco's in Omaha, helping Tennessee fans take the lead in the Jello Shot Challenge.

Outkick founder Clay Travis also bought some Jello Shots for Tennessee fans in Omaha. He posted on Twitter/X that he bought 1,000 shots for Vol fans after Tennessee's Game 2 victory.

Philadelphia Phillies all-star Bryce Harper was also rocking a Tennessee baseball jersey ahead of Tennessee's weekend series against the Aggies. Harper has developed a relationship with Vitello since moving to East Tennessee this past offseason.

Atlanta Braves legendary outfielder Dale Murphy has also declared his support for the Vols. He posted twice on Twitter/X “Go Vols” and once with a picture of Tennessee reliever Kirby Connell.

Most recently, former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III shared his support for the BaseVols. RGIII played college football at Baylor, but said he's been a Vol fan for a few years and credited his fandom to former Tennessee baseball player Trey Lipscomb, who plays for the Washington Nationals.

The Vols will undoubtedly have many eyes on them with a national championship on the line. Tennessee and Texas A&M are set to square off in the series rubber match at 7:00 PM ET on Monday on ESPN.
