It was a bloodbath at Neyland today, everything seemed to go right for the Vols. Here are the biggest takeaways from today's blowout of Chattanooga.
Nico is going to be special
Nico Iamaleava was incredible today. He only played in the first half and logged 314 pass yards on 22/28 passing for 3 TDs. Just as a reminder, this is only his 2nd game as a starter and his first at Neyland Stadium, and he set a Tennessee record for passing yards in a half.
He had multiple highlights, but this may be the biggest one he had of the day.

He threw it deep and put it right in Donte Thornton's breadbasket. To do that in your second start showcases all his talent and ability. He just needs to be able to show it in the big moments.
Tennessee needs to be sure to protect him, though. His backup, Gaston Moore, looked a little shaky in relief duty in the 3rd quarter.
