Tennessee baseball's bracket for the 2024 men's College World Series has been released. The Primetime Vols are set to face Florida State in game one at 7 PM ET on Friday night. The Vols and Seminoles will open their CWS tournament on ESPN.

The Tennessee baseball X/Twitter account has released and posted the official bracket. Tennessee will officially be game two of the tournament, while North Carolina and Virginia will open the College World Series at 1 PM ET with game one.

If Tennessee defeats Florida State, they will meet the winner between North Carolina and Virginia on Saturday at 7 PM ET on ESPN2. If the Vols lose, their next game will be an elimination game against the loser of North Carolina and Virginia.

The men's College World Series final will be a best-two-of-three series. Game one will be Saturday, June 22 at 7:30 PM ET on ESPN, Game two will be on Sunday, June 23 at 2 PM ET on ABC, and game three, if necessary, will be on Monday, June 24 at 7 PM ET on ESPN.

Florida State will enter the tournament with an extra day of rest than Tennessee after its two-game sweep against UCONN. The Seminoles' bats were on fire, scoring 34 runs, including 24 in the first game.

Four of the 11 SEC teams that made it to the postseason are in this year's College World Series; however, Tennessee is the only SEC team on its side of the bracket. Tennessee's side of the bracket consists of three ACC teams, while the opposite side has three SEC teams and one ACC team.

If the Vols can make it through the ACC gauntlet in Omaha, there's a high chance they will meet an SEC foe in the College World Series Final. Tennessee is 5-2 this year against teams in the College World Series.
