Ramon Foster is another undrafted free agent who came out of the 2009 NFL Draft from Tennessee and had a great NFL career. The Henning, Tennessee, native played in 160 games and started 145 games in his 11-year career in Pittsburgh.

Foster has been a vocal defender of former Tennessee head coach Phillip Former and has continued to voice concerns and praise about Steelers football, going as far as calling out Pittsburgh's offensive line last season.

It's hard for any player to fully buy into a team's culture and uphold everyone to the team's standard and culture. Foster was one of those guys for the Steelers. He helped the Steelers win an AFC Championship but could not add another Super Bowl to the franchise's trophy case.
