Tennessee football has huge recruiting weekend lined up vs Florida
Tennessee football is looking to get things back on track as it returns home for the first time in four weeks. It will do so in front of 15 blue-chip prospects in the 2025 and 2026 recruiting classes.
While the Vols have looked dominant at times throughout the Josh Heupel era, the real success has been on the recruiting trail. Tennessee has done a great job recruiting elite talent across the country out of high school and through the transfer portal.
They will look to add an exclamation point to their recruiting efforts for the next two classes this weekend, with some of the best recruiting prospects in the country making the trip to Rocky Top. Here are the commits and prospects visiting Tennessee for the Florida game:
Class of 2025
5-star+ OT David Sanders Jr
4-star QB George MacIntyre
4-star DL Mariyon Dye
4-star safety Lagonza Hayward
4-star LB Jaedon Harmon
4-star WR Travis Smith Jr.
4-star DL Ethan Utley
Class of 2026
5-star QB Faizon Brandon
5-star EDGE Zion Elee
5-star+ OL Immanuel Iheanacho
4-star RB Amari Latimer
4-star WR Tyreek King
4-star OL Gabriel Osenda
4-star OT Brandon Anderson
4-star safety Jordan Smith
This could be a huge in-season recruiting weekend for the Vols, and there's no better environment for Tennessee to bring in some of the top players in the country than the next two weeks in Neyland Stadium.
Tennessee and Florida continue their long-played rivalry on Saturday night in front of a checkered Neyland Stadium. The game kicks off at 7:00 PM ET on ESPN for the Vols fifth-straight night game in the first half of the season.
