Tennessee's offense was dominant in the Vols' 56-34 win over Kentucky on Saturday. The Vols had no issues with the Wildcats' defense in a hostile road environment.
Joey Aguilar was near-perfect, throwing 20-for-26 for 396 yards and three touchdowns on the way to the Vols' largest offensive output of the season in conference play.
As a result, Tennessee had three receivers finish with at least 100 receiving yards, and two of those brought in a receiving touchdown.
The offensive run game wasn’t as dominant as it has been at points this year, but it wasn’t needed. The Vols’ running trio did enough to keep the offense in rhythm and punching in scores inside the red zone.
With the win, Tennessee moved up three spots in the AP Poll, getting back inside the top 15 and holding the No. 14 spot.

Ohio State continues to run the world of college football, but No. 2 Indiana and No. 3 Texas A&M are hot on their tails. There are several other SEC teams ahead of Tennessee, including the teams responsible for Tennessee's two losses on the year: No. 4 Alabama and No. 5 Georgia.
No. 7 Ole Miss and No. 9 Vanderbilt are also in the top ten. Both teams have high hopes for a College Football Playoff appearance, and Tennessee will face No. 9 Vanderbilt to end the year, possibly with a spot in the CFP on the line.
The win virtually guarantees that two of the last four games Tennessee will play will be ranked matchups. The first will be this Saturday when the Vols host No. 18 Oklahoma.
Tennessee will welcome Oklahoma into Neyland Stadium at night this weekend. The Vols' much-anticipated SEC home night game is here, and it's going to be a big game — necessary for the Vols to keep building momentum into the final month of the season.
