Will Nico Iamaleava play or not? That's the $1 million question Tennessee Volunteers fans continue to ask themselves ahead of kickoff against No. 11 Georgia on Saturday night. Iamaleava has been questionable this week due to being in the concussion protocol.

However, the latest updates have been nothing but promising about his potential availability for this monster SEC clash. Well, the most-recent news sure seems to indicate that No. 8 is going to be in action against the Bulldogs in Athens.

On Friday, the Vols hopped on the team buses to make their way south. Thanks to WVLT's Rick Russo, it has been confirmed that Iamaleava was spotted boarding with the rest of his teammates. Do we really think he'd be making this trip if he wasn't planning on playing? We don't think so.

Iamaleava looked fantastic in the first half against Mississippi State last week, but he suffered his unfortunate injury. With him out of action, Gaston Moore stepped in to lead the offense. Moore would get the start if Nico can't play, but it'd be a surprise if that ends up happening.

Iamaleava, a freshman standout and former 5-star signee, looks set to try and make a splash in the biggest game of his career to date. College GameDay is heading to Athens for this tilt and Athens as a whole is going to be electric.

With a win, Tennessee will have one foot in for the 2024 College Football Playoff. However, with a loss, plenty of analysts think they'll be out of contention to finish among the Top 12. Having Iamaleava on the field will only help their chances of upsetting UGA. Soon enough, we'll find out for sure if he's going to be playing or not.
