This would be a huge in-state get for the Vols.

We know Lincoln Riley and the USC Trojans have probably suffered enough, but hey, that's not a problem for the Tennessee Volunteers and Josh Heupel. USC is 4-5 on the season following a loss to Washington in Week 10.

Tennessee is 7-1 thanks to a thrilling victory over Kentucky at Neyland Stadium. The stands were packed for that one, with plenty of recruits on hand to catch the action. The list included 4-star running back Daune Morris, who is currently committed to the Trojans.

However, the Tennessee native has been feeling the love from Heupel and his staff of late. Things went so well for the 4-star running back during his visit, recruiting guru Steve Wiltfong has already put in a prediction that he'll flip. This would be a huge win for Heupel if he can keep the speedster in state.

Will 4-star RB Daune Morris flip from USC to Tennessee?

In an interview with Vols 247, Morris said that he has already scheduled his official visit to Knoxville for Nov. 23. So, the youngster was already thinking about a return trip to campus less than 24 hours after watching Tennessee take down Kentucky? That's pretty telling if you ask us.

Throughout his recruitment, Morris, a 5-10, 185-pounder, has picked up more than 30 offers. His scholarships include Tennessee, USC, Auburn, Kentucky, Duke, Colorado, Florida, Georgia Tech, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, South Carolina and many others. As you can see, plenty of programs want this kid.

Morris took official visits to USC and Auburn this summer - he committed to Riley and the Trojans back in April. Now, though, it's looking like he could end up decommitting sooner rather than later. Should that be the case, the Vols are going to be in a great spot to land his signature once the Early Signing Period gets underway. His upcoming official visit could be what sends things over the top for Heupel and his staff.
