Tennessee is off to a 12-0 start to the season in Kim Caldwell's first season as the Lady Vols head coach. They have been dominant in almost every game they have played this year and scored at least 100 points in six games this season.

If the Lady Vols can score 100 or more points one more time this season, they will tie the program record of seven, which was set during the 1987-1988 season.

Caldwell's high-powered, up-tempo offense has clearly meshed well in her first season, as has her constrictive defense, which is built to force turnovers and bad shots. The Lady Vols have excelled on both ends of the court during non-conference play to start the season and look to create more damage during SEC play.

So, where does Tennessee stand in Bracketology with conference play on the horizon? The Lady Vols are currently ranked No. 15 in the AP Poll and No. 15 in ESPN's Power Rankings, which indicates Tennessee could be a four-seed if the season ended today.

ESPN's bracketology has the Lady Vols as the No. 4 seed in Region 4. USC is the No. 1 seed in that region and who the Lady Vols would match up with if they both made it to the Sweet Sixteen.

Tennessee would host the first two rounds in Knoxville as the fourth seed, with Florida Gulf Coast, UTSA, and North Carolina also being in Tennessee's group for the first two rounds. The Lady Vols would face Florida Gulf Coast in the first round and then the winner of UTSA and North Carolina in the second round.

The Lady Vols now turn to conference play as Caldwell's Lady Vols stand as one of two undefeated SEC teams remaining. Tennessee opens SEC play on Thursday at Texas A&M. Tipoff is at 8:00 PM ET on SEC Network+.
