Former Tennessee Volunteers quarterback Tyler Bray worked as the Kansas City Chiefs’ third QB in the team’s win on Friday night.
Bray finished the game 2/3 for 37 yards and had one lost fumble.
Even though Bray didn’t show a whole lot on Friday night, it was enough for the Chiefs to start giving him some second team reps on Sunday.
Tyler Bray got the first of second team reps. He & Daniel rotating.

It’s looking more and more like Tyler Bray is a lock to make the Chief’s roster.
I highly doubt the Chiefs keep four quarterbacks, which means expensive backup Chase Daniel could be on the way out. That would leave rookie Aaron Murray as the Chiefs’ third quarterback.
Andy Reid and the Chiefs absolutely love Bray’s upside.
Bray impressed folks on Friday night.
Really nice job by Tyler Bray shrugging off the pass rush and finding Demetrius Harris for a first down.

But followed it up with a not-so-impressive play.
Tyler Bray gets drilled on the blind side and coughs it up.

Bray is still raw, but he offers upside that not even Chiefs starter Alex Smith can provide.
