"Tennessee wide receiver Von Pearson was reinstated Friday, and his first practice will be Saturday.Pearson, a senior, had been suspended since April 24, the day he was accused of sexual assault. On Wednesday, the Knox County district attorney’s office announced Pearson wouldn’t be charged in connection to the case, citing insufficient evidence.Pearson had also been suspended from the university, according to  coach Butch Jones and attorney Chris Coffey, who represents Pearson.Read more at The Tennessean"
