Vols Recruiting: Brandon Johnson Commits To Tennessee

The Vols recruiting train just keeps steaming ahead, as Tennessee adds four-star wide receiver Brandon Johnson. 

The Tennessee Volunteers received a commitment from 2016 four-star wide receiver Brandon Johnson on Wednesday evening.

Johnson is a 6’3″/172 lb wide receiver from Fort Lauderdale, FL (American Heritage). He’s rated by 247Sports as the 36th best player in the state of Florida and the 49th best wide receiver in the nation.

Johnson, who runs the 40 in 4.60 seconds, committed to Tennessee over offers from Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and South Carolina, among several others.

Tennessee is continuing to build a impressive 2016 recruiting class.

The Vols currently have 16 commitments and their 2016 class is rated sixth in the SEC.
