Our inaugural Tennessee Vols Periscope show will go into detail on the Volunteers’ game against the North Carolina Tar Heels and also discuss bowl season.

Welcome to our inaugural All for Tennessee video show. I will be your host, Caleb Calhoun, and we will spend time going into detail about the biggest topics surrounding the Tennessee Vols athletic program. You can see the Periscope show by clicking on the video above.

On this Friday, 10 days before Christmas, there’s a ton of stuff to get too. We focus on the huge Sunday game for Tennessee Vols men’s basketball, and that ties into multiple topics. One of those topics is Tennessee football recruiting.

On top of that, I’ve got a take on bowl games that’ll be interesting since the season starts tomorrow. But here’s a rundown of what we will discuss:

Tennessee-UNC is the Vols biggest game of the year.

Although SEC play will be huge this year, the Vols have no bigger game than their match-up against the North Carolina Tar Heels for the regular season. Winning on Sunday gets them a cushion that they may otherwise not have. And it leads to this next point.

Tennessee Vols football has a huge recruiting weekend.

Jeremy Pruitt is basically rebuilding the Tennessee Vols from scratch. And that involves a huge recruiting weekend. We dive into the key players coming, and the football recruiting is another thing that makes this UNC game huge.

Tennessee comes in at No. 185 in #Fandom250

The Tennessee Vols came in at No. 185 and No. 18 among college schools in this year’s FanSided Fandom 250 rankings. We’ll dive into Tennessee’s spot, building off our story here.

Bowl season is upon us, and there’s nothing wrong with so many bowl games.

Everybody always complains that the bowl season is too long, and there are too many games. The argument is that it waters down going to a bowl. But that argument makes no sense when you consider the fact that the bowls are separated by tiers anyway. With no Tennessee Vols bowl game this year, our topic will be about the bowl season.
