Peyton Manning goes to Universal Studios in new Super Bowl ad
Peyton Manning has filmed another commercial. This time, the former Tennessee Vols quarterback is going to Universal Parks & Resorts in Orlando, Fla.
Imagine Peyton Manning playing Quidditch or trying to win a duel instead of playing football. He probably wouldn’t have been good at either. Of course, given his college days, Florida’s not a place he’s likely to be to keen on visiting anyway.
But the legendary Tennessee football quarterback who had a Hall of Fame NFL career didn’t run from Harry Potter in a new commercial that was released for the Super Bowl. This time, Manning does an ad for Universal in Orlando.
The ad, which is in the video above, features Manning with child co-stars on a vacation to Universal. They enjoy roller coasters, go on a water ride, visit Harry Potter World and even have an experience with the minions.
When it came to Harry Potter, Manning pulled his usual comedic self, noting that he really wanted to play Quidditch but comes from more of a football family. And at the end, struggling to wave a wand, his child-star calls him uncoachable.
He also has a back and forth with an actor about the mathematical possibility of giving 110 percent on something. It was all in good fun.
Of course, Manning has to have a little fun with this considering the fact that he’s likely upset about his one-time rival, Tom Brady, going to another Super Bowl with a chance at a sixth ring.
This was the second promo Manning revealed of the day. The first was one he did surprising a fan who won Courtyard’s contest to get a sleepover at the Super Bowl. We posted about that here earlier in the day.
But this one is an actual commercial. And as usual, Manning is flawless and hilarious with his on-screen talent.
