Jeremy Pruitt and coaching staff are still hot on the recruiting trail. Sunday they added another player from Georgia in athlete, Aaron Beasley.

Another day, another win for the Tennessee football program. Well, that is if you consider a commitment from a rising senior a win. To be fair, any commitment is great for Pruitt especially it being his first season.

Aaron Beasley is a three-star athlete/safety from Franklin, GA. 247Sports ranks Beasley as the 51st best recruit in the state of Georgia. The 6-foot-0, 220-pound athlete that brings great versatility to the Tennessee program.

We wrote a post a couple of weeks ago about how Pruitt is owning the state of Georiga at the moment. Aaron Beasley is just another example of how well the Vols are doing in recruiting.

He has offers for Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Miami, South Carolina, Clemson, and Georiga. He announced on Twitter that he was picking the Vols over all other teams.

As we mentioned above, any recruit is great at the moment for Pruitt and the Vols. Pruitt needs players that are going to fit his style of defense. He needs players to help build depth that seems to be completely depleted at the moment.

However, fans shouldn’t get too excited. It is recruiting and who knows what is going to happen within a years time. You just never know what players are going to do especially when they are keeping their recruitment open.

Only time will tell if Aaron Beasley becomes a Vol. But, if he does, he will be a good addition for Pruitt as he starts his efforts in making Tennessee the best college football program in the nation again.

Nonetheless, the program picked up another recruit and that is enough to celebrate for Vol fans. The Aaron Beasley addition is one that could help the Tennessee program for years to come, especially considering the depth or lack thereof in the secondary.
