Arkansas Razorbacks at Missouri Tigers

Friday, Nov. 23 at 2:30 p.m. E.T.; Faurot Field; Columbia, Mo.

TV: CBS; Line: Missouri -23; Over/Under: 61.5

Billy Williford

I’m not a bit nervous at taking the high spread in this game. Drew Lock and the Missouri offense is rolling. The Razorbacks defense shouldn’t slow them down at all. Lock has had three 250-plus passing performance in a roll, and the Tigers have scored at least 33 points in those games.

Arkansas is giving up around 413.6 yards per game, and it shouldn’t be any different this game. I think Missouri handles this game with ease.

The Missouri Tigers looked pretty dominant in their win over Tennessee football this past weekend. Now they get to head back home to take on an Arkansas Razorbacks team that hasn’t been able to stop anybody. To be fair, Mizzou did struggle to put away the Vanderbilt Commodores the week before. But Vandy was coming off a bye.

I see the Mizzou offense rolling again this weekend. They will torch this horrid Razorbacks defense en route to a blowout victory. However, due to the balance that Derek Dooley runs, this game won’t hit the over.

Missouri: 41 Arkansas: 17 (Missouri -23; Under 61.5)

Missouri looked like what they should have done all season against Tennessee last week. They were able to throw the ball vertically down the field and move the ball at ease. Even their defense came out and played last weekend. Against the Razorbacks, expect more of the same from last week to continue. Missouri has dominated their opponents by consistently putting up points every week.

Meanwhile for Arkansas, their offense has struggled to move the ball lately. The thing going for the Razorbacks is they have nothing to lose playing this game. So expect the Razorbacks to throw the kitchen sink at Missouri all game long and give them looks they haven’t seen them do on film. Overall, this game won’t be very close. Missouri will find a way to score points and keep the Razorbacks offense off the field. This could get ugly.

Missouri: 49 Arkansas: 14 (Missouri -23; Over 61.5)
