at the Kentucky Wildcats, a red-hot start to last Saturday was enough for this site to barely finish ahead on picks. It hit every prediction for both noon games, the Georgia Bulldogs at Missouri Tigers and Liberty Flames at Ole Miss Rebels. on lines set by the

Week 10 performances (Click here to see the picks.)

  • Outright: 6-1
  • Moneyline: 6-1; $133 profit if $100 bet on every game (+19%)
  • Gambling record: 8-6 (5-2 against the spread; 3-4 over/under)

Nobody could have called that South Carolina Gamecocks win over the Florida Gators, which kept the moneyline from being 7-0, and the Arkansas Razorbacks’ fourth quarter against the Mississippi State Bulldogs kept the gambling picks from being 10-4. Still, picks are above 53 percent on the year, enough to turn a profit, but the moneyline remains in the red.

2021 overall performances

  • Outright: 75-26

This week, all SEC teams are playing. Two have non-conference games, one against an FCS school, and there’s one matchup with two top 25 teams in there. We’ve also got four non-conference top 25 matchups to get to, giving us 12 games to pick overall. As usual, we’ll go in the order games are scheduled and end with Tennessee football. These are my Week 11 SEC and top 25 picks and bets.

Samford Bulldogs (4-5, 2-4) at Florida Gators (4-5, 2-5)

Saturday, Nov. 6 at Noon ET; Gainesville, Fla.; ESPN+/SEC Network+

If anybody needs a break, it’s Florida. Coming off their bye week, there was hope they could salvage the season with an upset over Georgia. They lost that game and got shockingly blown out by South Carolina. Well, they get a break with an FCS program heading to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

The Samford Bulldogs haven’t played one FBS foe and still has a losing record. However, they play good FCS teams close, only losing 46-45 to the VMI Keydets and 55-48 in overtime to the East Tennessee State Buccaneers. Could seventh-year coach Chris Hatcher pull off a miracle here?

Prediction

How did Tennessee football lose to this Florida team? Given last week’s 40-17 loss, it makes no sense. The only explanation is Dan Mullen’s reasoning on the flu infecting the team. He’s still on the hot seat, but with or without Anthony Richardson, and with or without any motivation, they should sleep their way to this win. It’ll be a blowout with nothing to bet on.
