Tennessee Football vs Austin Peay: Live Stream, Game Time, TV, Radio, Betting Info, Prediction
By Blake Wyman
Tennessee Football is just one day away from kicking off their home opener in Neyland Stadium against Austin Peay.
The Volunteers’ had a commanding victory last weekend against the Cavaliers, and I was right on the money with my betting prediction. The Vols ended up winning 49-13, and I had predicted last week that the final score would be 52-14. Nonetheless, the spread hit for the Vols, and I think this weekend’s matchup may have a similar result.

Prediction
Last week against the Cavaliers, Tennessee football was only favored by 27 points, which Vegas realized quickly was an insulting line to give the Vols. That game was nowhere close to where Vegas thought it would be, and they are quickly correcting it for this weekend’s game in Neyland Stadium.
The spread of 38.5 is much more difficult to cover, but this Austin Peay defense is downright horrible. They are way worse than UVA’s defense, and just last week lost by over 25 points to Southern Illinios. I think the Vols will come out hungry and try to put some more pieces together before heading to Florida next weekend to take on the Gators.
I expect this to be a high-scoring shootout, and wouldn’t be surprised to see the Vols win by 50+. Give me the points. I think the Vols cover this spread in the 4th quarter when they put in Nico.
Final Score Prediction: Tennessee 63, Austin Peay 10
