The Tennessee football team was able to land some new commits on Sunday, with 2026 tight end Luca Wolf and 2027 offensive lineman Princeton Uwaifo on board. However, that doesn't mean that everything is going smoothly for head man Josh Heupel and his staff.

That's because news broke over the weekend that 4-star wide receiver commit Legend Bey was on an official visit with the Ohio State Buckeyes. At The Shoe, Bey was able to watch the Buckeyes dominate Penn State and do so in front of a packed house.

It shouldn't be a surprise at all that Bey loved his time in Columbus. However, it's now a concern moving forward for Heupel, as it looks like the official visit with Ohio State definitely has Bey doing some thinking about his future. It's now not a lock that he'll sign with Tennessee:

Ryan Day brought in a boatload of prospects to town and he took full advantage of such a big game taking place at his home stadium. On one hand, Ohio State had no issues taking down Penn State and it remains the No. 1 team in the country.

Unfortunately for the Vols, a loss was posted at Neyland Stadium and it's looking like Tennessee is going to have to watch the College Football Playoff from home - at best, the Vols will finish 9-3 on the year, which won't be enough to get them in.

This is probably something Bey took note of and something the Ohio State coaching staff pointed out to him before he left town. The Forney, Texas product has been committed to the Vols since late June, choosing Tennessee over more than 30 other offers.

According to the 247Sports Composite, he's ranked four stars and the No. 24 athlete in the country. He was expected to play a big role for the Tennessee offense moving forward, but it's now up in the air if the Vols will ink him during the Early Signing Period. Ohio State is now a serious contender to pull off a flip.
