Soon enough, Tennessee football and Arkansas are going to take the field and the Vols are going to be hungry to make a statement. Well, Arkansas running back Mike Washington has provided the UT defense with some extra motivation to turn heads all over town.
Tennessee football vs. Arkansas early odds for Week 7 at Neyland
Leading up to kickoff, Washington was asked about the Tennessee defense and he didn't hesitate in saying that there are some 'holes' that the Razorbacks can take advantage of. Think Jaxson Moi and others up front are too happy about these comments? Nope, no chance:

Arkansas RB Mike Washington says there are 'holes' in the Tennessee defense
Washington has probably noticed that the Tennessee defense has given up a decent amount of points this campaign, but the fact of the matter here is that the offense has been putting up 51 points per contest. It has helped the Vols look electric.
However, there are things to clean up for Tim Banks and his unit. In the overtime win over Mississippi State, plenty of headlines were made when the Bulldogs scored 34 points. Thankfully, the Vols offense put up 41, with DeSean Bishop's TD run proving to be the game-winner.
Arkansas is now ready to try and put on a show against the Tennessee defense, but the Razorbacks have left a lot to be desired on that side of the ball. Things have been a mess for Arkansas, with the big news coming in that Sam Pittman had been fired.
Now, Bobby Petrino is in as the interim head coach and he has wasted no time in changing things up for his staff. Josh Heupel knows Arkansas will have an upset in mind, but the Vols also want some revenge after losing to the Hogs last campaign on the road.
Come Saturday, Tennessee's sole focus will be on executing the game plan on offense and defense. However, Washington's take on the Vols defense has a lot of people talking and you better believe it's going to serve as bulletin-board material for the guys inside of the locker room.
