With Tennessee football at 3-1 to start the year, it's easy for a lot of the credit to go to standout quarterback Joey Aguilar. However, don't forget even for a second that the Vols have a star in the making at wide receiver.
That'd be Chris Brazzell II, who earned a ton of national respect following his amazing showing against Georgia in Week 3. He followed things up in a great way against UAB this past weekend, hauling in five receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown. With that performance, the speedster now has six TDs to his name on the year. That has him tied for the most in Tennessee history through the first four games of a campaign:

Chris Brazzell II is tied for the most TDs in Tennessee history through four games in a season
With so many changes on offense for Tennessee this offseason, one of the biggest unknowns was who was going to step up and help lead the aerial attack. Aguilar is throwing the ball all over the field and Brazzell has emerged as his WR1.

Thus far this campaign, Brazzell, a 6-5, 200-pounder, has reeled in 25 balls for 426 yards and six touchdowns. He's been a joy to watch and his highlight-reel day vs. Georgia is still something that people are talking about. Need a reminder of that day? Here you go:

Yup, that's already one of the plays of the season for the Vols. It's a shame that catch came in a heartbreaking loss to the Dawgs, but Tennessee has flushed that result and everyone is focused on what's to come for the rest of the season.
There are still some huge games left on the schedule, of course including the Oct. 18 showdown in Tuscaloosa against Alabama. The Vols are going to have to play close to perfect ball to post a win on the road against Kalen DeBoer and Co., but Aguilar, Brazzell and others are giving the fanbase plenty of reasons to believe that a stunning result will be on the way.
